Gas & Liquid Unloading
Using foaming surfactants to unload fluid is a cost-effective method of reducing annular levels and increasing gas flow into the wellbore. Greenwell’s chemical compound selection includes:
Field Analysis and Testing
Greenwell performs water analysis on produced fluids to determine optimal chemistry, concentration and foam stability required to achieve liquid unloading.
After the chemical is introduced into the wellbore, Greenwell samples the returned fluids to observe foaming concentrations and stability. We base injection rates on these fluid returns along with the performance of the well. This includes changes in pressure and production.
Rates are continuously adjusted to achieve optimal performance.
